Believing God For Greater
Reverend “Tammie” as she is affectionately known by the members of Greater Gaines Chapel AME Church in the wonderful city of Savannah Ga, is a tremendous and uplifting presence in her faith community, and to all who meets her.
Prior to traveling to Savannah, Reverend Tammie served as the supply pastor at Bethel AME Church in Barnesville Ga, the interim supply pastor of Fountain Temple AME Church in Macon, GA, the youth minister at Duresville AME Church also in Macon Ga, the pastor of Woods Chapel AME Church in Valdosta Ga, and the pastor of Mount Olive AME Church in Waynesboro Ga. Reverend Tammie is very energetic, and her spirited personality is very contagious.
Despite the wonderful life she has had, and the things she has experienced, she continues to believe the prospect to influence the lives of young people to be her crowning honor. Reverend Tammie acknowledges God puts us all in each other's lives to impact one another in some way; so, we should look for God in others and look to impact others in a positive way.
Reverend Tammie is currently serving as the pastor of Greater Gaines Chapel AME Church in Savannah Ga, and as the District Consultant for the Savannah Central District. She is married to a wonderful man, the Reverend Billy Graham McFadden, who is the Presiding Elder of the Savannah Central District in the Georgia Conference. Together they embrace a blended family and share seven wonderful children and nine grandchildren.
